香港少見的藍鰭吞拿魚切割表演，就在中環蘭桂坊FUMI Joe。職人即席切割整條藍鰭吞拿魚，由蛇腹（Otoro）、中拖羅（Chutoro），到稀有嘅吞拿魚頰肉（Kama）同魚骨肉，七道菜一次過品嚐頂級吞拿魚的各個部位。
