Porterhouse Halloween Hellfire BBQ — HK$680 per Guest

When darkness falls over the city, Bonehead Chef takes his place by the fire. The grill roars, flames leap into the night, and the smoky scent of sizzling steaks fills the air. At Porterhouse, Halloween is served hot off the flames — a little wicked, gloriously indulgent, and made for those with a serious appetite.

At the heart of the feast is Mick’s Mixed Grill to Share, loaded with M5–7 Wagyu Picanha, lamb chops, tiger prawns, thick-cut bacon, sunny-side-up eggs, golden fries, corn on the cob and rich gravy. The feast begins with devilishly good bites, from bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers and Bat Wings to baby mushrooms with pesto, mozzarella and porcini emulsion.

For the final spell, indulge in Spiced Pumpkin & Orange Ice Cream, crowned with toasted pepitas and delicate Persian fairy floss — a sweet ending with a Halloween twist.

Still hungry? Turn up the heat with additional cuts of meat, fresh seafood, grilled vegetables and larger steaks, including USDA Sirloin and Australian Ribeye. Because one hell of a feast is never quite enough.
