Please find our restaurants policies during Bad Weather and Extreme Conditions. Final decisions will be made at the time with the variables of the day taken into consideration.

Hoisting Time
- All outlets will remain closed when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or extreme condition) is hoisted before venues open.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or extreme condition) is hoisted during lunch operation hours, lunch operation should be going on.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or extreme condition) is hoisted before 6:00pm, dinner operation will be closed.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or extreme condition) is hoisted during dinner operation hours, dinner operation should be going on.
Lowering Time
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or extreme condition) is lowered after 11:00am, lunch operation will be closed.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or extreme condition) is lowered after 6:30pm, dinner operation will be closed.
FAQs
The deposit paid can be moved to another date (subject to restaurant availability). There will be no penalty if the customer could not come for the meal, directly / indirectly due to Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or extreme condition).
If our restaurants are open, we will strive to prepare the food so you can enjoy it at the comfort of your home.
However, we may have missed out on turning the delivery option off, especially if it is hoisted in the morning before we can be at the restaurant. In such cases, we can arrange the delivery on a separate day.
