Created by our executive chef Roberto Zoroli, the Let’s Meat menu offers unlimited servings of six premium cuts. Aside from the Wagyu and lamb, there’s also Australian skirt steak, veal liver cooked in white wine and onions, BBQ pork ribs, and Italian Luganighetta sausage to choose from.
Not to mention, there are four sharing plates with selected Porterhouse Surf & Turf bites before a serving of house-made pork sausage Casereccia with porcini and truffle is served. Leave room for dessert as the unique chocolate salami is a must try!
